Marshmallow treats with a flair

Last year when I had the cake with Mr. Peanut on top of it I had
to find something lightweight but edible to work with. Marshmallows
were the perfect solution.

I needed X-large pearls for another cake to put into a flower arrangment and I used the
small marshmallows for the inside of those. Being lightweight I was able
to arrange those on wires and have them stay where I wanted them.

The small baskets below used a lot of Sugar Bouquets molds. It is a sugar world loss that they are no longer in business. I am sorry but I don't know of a company who makes all of these molds available for you.

These fun little Marshmallow creations were done for the ICES demo 2001.
Remember in the pictures below that a marshmallow is the base in each item.
The pictures are very close to being life size of each item.
