2010 Class Schedule

day by day. I couldn't show everything but this should give you an idea of how much is covered in this 4 day class.

A few personal issues must be taken care of before I can schedule more classes.
Remember the DVD set is the full 3 way - 4 day class recorded for you
Much less expensive for you than coming here and paying for the class, travel expense and hotel.

The 4 day - 3 way classes

This class covers three different mediums

Day one - 8 Buttercream side designs and 2 color buttercream stencil

Day two - 4 Fondant cake side designs and Dress Bow - The day you get to be creative

Day three & four - Making the gumpaste flowers (Roses, stephanotis, daisies, carnations and squirleys) and leaves (ivy and rose), bow loops and etc. Coloring, finishing and arranging the gumpaste flowers

Everything furnished - just bring a smile and a good attitude.

Classes Held here in Lubbock
Class fee here at the house is $600

A non-refundable deposit of $300 will be required to hold a place for you in one of these classes.
A phone call - hold me a place - will not hold a place for you. You must send the deposit fee by mail to assure your place reserved in one of the classes.

Please mail cashiers checks or money order
to reserve your place in one of the classes listed to be held in Lubbock.

Please include an e-mail address, phone number and flight information.
The checks will be held until one month before class date to reserve your place in the class.
They will be deposited at that time .
Any checks received after the classes are full will be held in case of a cancellation,
Dates of arrival in the mail will be noted for filling the spaces if cancellations are received.
Deposit checks will be non-refundable unless there is a very unusual circumstance.

9AM till we are done each day
Be prepared to work late on the second and third days of class
Lunch provided daily - limit of 8 people in each class

Class fee includes 4 days class (everything furnished for students) and lunch each day
You will go home with 2 sample cakes and a small arrangment of gumpaste flowers
You will have opportunity to purchase equipment after the class to take home with you. Or you can simply walk out with the learned decorating knowledge and no equipment to take home.
